Meet Vega

Mom. Educator. Mindset Coach. Builder.

I'm a mother of two in Taiwan — a daughter born in 2016 and a son born in 2019 who's starting first grade soon. Baby Care Guide exists because I remember exactly how it felt to be sleep-deprived at 3am, Googling why my baby only naps 30 minutes, why BLW felt terrifying, which carrier actually works for a newborn.

Before becoming a mom, I taught young kids English for years and trained in mindset and personal-growth work. Those experiences shape how I write here — I know how kids actually develop language and routines, and I know how a tired parent's brain processes information at 2am. Both matter when you're explaining sleep training or starting solids.

Every article on this site is built from two sources: evidence-based research (I cite the American Academy of Pediatrics, CDC, WHO, and peer-reviewed studies extensively), and real parenting — the messy, unglamorous, trial-and-error kind that you actually go through.

My background

  • Mother of two — daughter born 2016, son born 2019
  • Currently completing my Master's in Digital Innovation at Tunghai University
  • Former children's English teacher — years working with kids ages 4–12, plus Japanese language studies
  • Trained in mindset, self-development, and spiritual-growth work
  • 7+ years building online businesses across digital marketing, content, and AI tools
  • Founder of AiMommyWisdom — helping moms leverage AI across motherhood, work, and life

Thank you for being here. I'm so glad we're on this journey together.

Editorial Policy

How Baby Care Guide stays trustworthy.

No sponsored content

Baby Care Guide runs on display ads only (Google AdSense). I don't accept paid placements, sponsored posts, or pay-for-review gear deals. Product comparisons in Gear articles are informational only and are not medical advice — always check with your pediatrician for your baby's specific needs.

When I'm wrong

Parenting advice evolves. AAP guidelines update. Research improves. If you spot something outdated or incorrect, please email me — I update articles with a "Last reviewed" date so readers can see what's current.

Our Story

Baby Care Guide started from my own experience as a new mom. I spent hours researching everything—from sleep routines to feeding schedules—often feeling confused and alone.

I realized many parents feel the same way. So I decided to turn my passion for learning and sharing into a resource that makes parenting a little less overwhelming and a lot more empowering.

Today, Baby Care Guide is here for every parent—whether you're expecting, in the newborn stage, or navigating the toddler years. We're with you, every step of the way.
